The 13L diesel engine developed earlier by Yuchai Group is code YC6K 13, with a horsepower range of 380-440 HP and a torque of 1880 Nm. Because of its advantages in displacement, the problems of insufficient torque of natural gas heavy truck and poor climbing acceleration performance are solved.
In addition, Yuchai diesel engine adopts integrated cylinder head design, and the cylinder head and intake pipe are integrated, which makes the structure more compact. TOP DOWN technology, the cooling liquid flows into the cylinder block for cooling, with large cooling liquid flow and higher cooling efficiency, which solves the problem of high heat load of natural gas engine.
Precautions:
1, the engine requires higher fuel quality and brand, and the EFI engine requires higher requirements. For cars equipped with catalytic converters and oxygen sensors, only lead-free high-grade gasoline can be used. If leaded gasoline is used, the exhaust catalytic converter will fail, the oxygen sensor will also fail, and the normal operation of the engine will be affected.
2. If the system is not clean, it will cause a series of faults, such as unsmooth or even blocked oil circuit, lax valve closing, poor fuel injection atomization, insufficient oil supply and low oil supply pressure, which will directly affect the normal operation of the engine. In this regard, special cleaning agents should be used to clean the dirt and fuel gum in the fuel system. Due to the influence of service conditions, dust in the air will block the air filter or cause poor air intake.
