Selection and recommendation range

Civil servants or staff members of management units referring to the Civil Service Law, managers and retirees who are not directly engaged in professional and technical skills work in enterprises and institutions shall not be selected to enjoy special allowances from the municipal government.
People who have enjoyed special allowances from the State Council, provincial and municipal governments or won the title of outstanding talents in Fuyang are no longer listed as the selection targets.

According to the provisions of the "Measures for the Implementation of the Selection of People with Special Government Allowances in Our City", the selection of people with special government allowances is subject to total control. Selecting and recommending programs
(1) The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau shall be responsible for organizing and implementing the selection of personnel enjoying special allowances from the municipal government. The human resources and social security departments of counties and urban areas and the relevant units directly under the municipal government (including the central and provincial units stationed in Fuzhou, hereinafter referred to as the competent units) are responsible for the recommendation work.
(II) The applicant downloads and fills in the Declaration Form for the Selection of Professionals with Special Allowance from the Municipal Government or the Declaration Form for the Selection of Highly Skilled Talents with Special Allowance from the Municipal Government (hereinafter referred to as the Declaration Form, printed and bound on A4 paper on both sides), and provides proof materials of important contents such as ID card, professional title (skill level) certificate, academic degree, achievements, works and awards involved in the declaration form. The certification materials should be concise and focused, with no more than 40 pages. The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials, and implement a "one-vote veto" for fraudulent applicants. Once verified, cancel its qualification.
