Corn combine harvester needs to harvest in opposite directions. Because of the variety of corn planting forms in China, such as flat planting, ridge planting and interplanting, and the row spacing is very different, ranging from 30-80cm to 80 cm, the irregular row spacing restricts the development of corn harvester, and the row spacing of this machine is 30-80cm. Main structure and working principle
The machine is mainly composed of ear picking mechanism, ear box, straw chopper and grain feeder. During operation, the harvester advances along the corn ridge planting direction, and the corn plants are righted by the grain feeder; Corn plants are fed by the reel to the relatively rotating ear-picking roller, and the ear stalks are broken under the action of the ear-picking roller and the ear-picking plate; Due to the height difference between the inner and outer ear picking rollers, the ear falls into the ear box, and the ear is unpacked and piled when it is full. In the 4YW-2A model with granary, the ears of corn are sent to the granary above the rear of tractor by conveyor belt. The high-speed rotating cutter cuts the straw from the root and sends it to the crushing mechanism to be chopped into pieces with a length of 4-6 cm; Chopped straw falls automatically.
Installation and commissioning
1.4YW-2A Installation of corn harvester without granary
1. Place the locomotive on a flat ground and clamp the suspension on both sides of the front bumper of the locomotive.
2. Put the harvester in front of the locomotive, align the suspension ear with the harvester ear, and install the connecting pin and cotter pin. The distance between the center of the connecting pin and the ground should be 580-620 mm If it exceeds the above range, the suspension sleeve should be ground off, adjusted appropriately and welded again.
3. Fix the wire rope on the lifting lug at the upper part of the harvester axle box.
4. Install the pulley on the connecting pin of the lower pull rod of the locomotive, and the steel wire rope passes through the lower part of the locomotive and is connected with the hydraulic arm of the locomotive through the pulley. The lower edge of the cutter pulley is off the ground 100- 120mm. Adjust the height of the harvester and fix it with a rope clamp. The middle rigging turnbuckle can adjust the height of the header according to the harvesting situation.
5. After adjusting the height of the harvester, remove the two V-belts of the locomotive and measure the belt length of the required locomotive pulley and harvester pulley. (Measurement method: Wind the two pulleys once with fine iron wire, measure the length, and subtract 20-40mm to get the required belt length. It's best to pack two pairs at a time and leave one pair for later use. ) Remove the drive shaft of the harvester and install the V-belt.
6. Install the tensioner as shown in the figure and adjust the tension.
7. Install the grain unloading switch assembly on the frame below the pedal at one side of the locomotive clutch, and connect the switch pedal with the granary valve with steel wire rope and adjust it.
operational approach
I. Daily inspection
1. Check the clearance between the moving blade and the fixed blade, the clearance is 0.3 ~ 0.05mm. ..
2. Check whether the fixing bolts of the moving knife and the fixed knife are loose.
3. Check the lubrication of all rotating parts. In particular, the driving bevel gear and the cutter shaft bearing need to be inspected and lubricated every shift change. Gear box and drum reducer are lubricated with oil, and lubricating oil is added in time. The oil level of gear box should be 5 5- 10/0mm.
4. Turn on the machine and check whether it works normally. Only when you work normally can you work normally.
Second, the operation skills
1. The optimum running speed of this machine is 40m/min (engine speed is 2000rpm), and the appropriate gear should be selected according to the matched vehicle type, generally the lower gear.
2. The best distance between the rotating track of the moving knife and the ground is 8 cm. The shorter the distance, the greater the power consumption and the better the crushing effect.
3. When starting to work, increase the throttle to ensure that the engine speed is above1800rpm to avoid blockage.
4.4 YW-2A ear box is a foot switch. When working, press the switch at 9- 10 meter for 2-3 seconds. The operator does not need to confirm whether the ear box is full.
5. Large vine weeds may damage the scroll.
6. When turning in the field, the harvester should be adjusted to the corn row as much as possible to reduce the loss.
7. If there is a slight jam at work, step on the clutch, and if it can't be solved, open it backwards to solve the problem. If it is often blocked, check whether the belt is worn and skidded, whether the tension of the tensioner is appropriate, and whether the height of the header is appropriate.
8. In order to reduce the loss, it is best to harvest 3-5m fields manually, and harvest the inverted and low ears of the harvested corn first.
