Guangzhou Urban Construction Vocational College is a full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. The school originated from the Guangzhou Amateur Architectural Engineering College sponsored by the Guangzhou Municipal Construction Engineering Bureau in 1960. It was independently established in 2007 on the basis of the former Urban Construction College of Guangzhou University. It is an engineering private higher vocational college.
