2. Prevent the submersible pump from rusting. If the surface of the pump is damaged or peeled off, it should be derusted in time and protected with antirust paint.
3. Check the bearing condition of submersible pump regularly to see whether the bearing is worn, short of oil, the inner ring or the outer ring is running in, and whether it is replaced.
4. Generally, the submersible pump should be thoroughly inspected and maintained every two years, and whether the parts of the submersible pump are normal or not can be preliminarily checked through the sound generated by mechanical operation. Check whether the impeller is worn or cavitation, whether the shaft is rusted, deformed or worn, whether the fastening screws inside and outside the motor are loose, and whether there is sediment deposition or blockage around the pump mouth.
