Measurement method of suspension bridge anchorage system

The measurement method of the suspension bridge anchorage system is as follows.

1. Measurement of the anchor surface formwork after installation. The rear anchor surface is the starting surface, which directly affects the length and angle of the prestressed pipe. In order to ensure that the accuracy of the anchoring prestressed system meets the requirements, the angle and position of the rear anchoring surface should be strictly controlled, and the plane position and integrity of the rear anchoring surface should be controlled after the formwork is laid.

2. Install the measurement anchor notch and anchor plate. Anchor the slot coordinates of the four corner points. It should be correctly positioned on the adjusted anchor plate, and it should be installed and adjusted in place after the anchor plate is fixed.

3. Install and measure prestressed steel pipes. The anchor body is poured in layers, and the positioning frame is pre-embedded. The height of the embedded parts of the positioning bracket is controlled below 1mm, and the plane deviation is controlled below 1mm. The prestressed steel pipes are supported by anchoring system positioning brackets and initial positioning. After measuring the elevation of the center point of the prestressed steel pipe interface, use the formula to calculate the center point coordinates for precise positioning, and use the positioning frame to fix the center point coordinates.

4. Cut the prestressed cable tube. When extending the prestressed steel pipe section and pouring the anchor surface, the excess part must be cut off based on the calculated length of the anchor cable relative to the actual length of the steel pipe.
