How long does it take to change the patentee

Patent change, commonly referred to as filing project change, refers to some information of the patent, such as the information of the obligee, inventor and agency, which needs to be filed and declared. In terms of time, the patentee's change time is generally 15-30 days, and sometimes it may exceed one month. According to Article 42 of the Patent Law, the term of the invention patent right is 20 years, and the term of the utility model patent right and the design patent right is 10 years, both of which are counted from the date of application.
