2. Cleaning the pot rack of the integrated stove: use a soft brush to clean the dirt on the surface of the burner base, ignition needle and thermocouple protection needle. Never use granular cleaning agent (decontamination powder), steel wool or knife to remove stubborn stains left on the burner, otherwise it may damage the ignition needle and thermocouple flameout protection needle, lead to the failure of safety devices in the integrated stove or the surface wear of components, and directly affect the service life of the integrated stove.
3. Cleaning the surface of the integrated stove: use soft gauze and soapy water (or special cleaner) to clean and maintain the countertop. Do not use granular detergent or steel velvet to clean the countertop, which will lead to scratches on the stainless steel surface and affect the beauty of the cooker.
4. Cleaning the oil fume suction channel: After the integrated stove is used for a long time, a large amount of dirt will accumulate on the surface of the oil fume suction channel, so it is necessary to clean the oil fume suction channel regularly. Clean the oil fume suction channel and use a suitable degreasing agent to clean it. Start the range hood at low gear first, and then spray degreasing agent to suck it into the oil fume channel, so that the dirt will be decomposed by the inhaled degreasing agent and then flow into the oil pan.
5. Clean the burner cover fire holes: If the flame is uneven or there is no flame in some fire holes during use, the cover must be blocked. In this case, it is necessary to clean the fire hole of the fire cover in time. After the burner is cooled, remove the fire cover in time, and remove the dirt and carbon deposit in the fire hole with a steel needle. Do not directly flush the fire cover with water (because blisters will temporarily block the fire hole), and do not wipe the burner surface with hard objects, which will cause irreparable damage to the enamel on the black surface.
6. Clean the inside of the integrated stove disinfection cabinet: dry the accumulated water on the chassis and the dirt on the food shelf in time, and maintain the disinfection cabinet regularly.
7. The waste oil in the oil storage box must be cleaned once every 1-3 months to prevent the waste oil from overflowing.
