Introduction of fish and sheep buns

Fish and mutton buns are a famous Chinese food in Yuci, Shanxi. The meat-stuffed food made by mixing fresh fish, fresh mutton, soup stock handed down from family and various seasoning ingredients has unique diet, reasonable nutrition, fine preparation, delicious taste, thin skin and tender stuffing. Invented by brand founder Wang Tongyun. On September 29th, 23, it was officially launched in Yuci Old Town Scenic Spot. In January, 26, Mr. Wang Tongyun's invention patent for making meat stuffing food from fish and mutton was granted by China National Intellectual Property Administration patent. In January, 27, fish and mutton buns won the first local flavor cooking competition of Zeyu Cup in Jinzhong. Zhixiange Company has applied for the registration of a trademark for the special catering brand of Fish and Sheep Pack, making it a brand with dual intellectual property protection.
