In this regard, we should take a higher and complete intelligence as the starting point.
3.2 Environmental protection
At present, the environmental protection of concrete mixing stations in China is low, which should be improved and improved from three aspects: dust, noise and pollution. In terms of dust, we should control the transportation mode of powder, such as using imported dust collectors on cement silos, installing dust collectors in the main building, changing spiral feeding into air tank feeding, and closing the whole station. , can minimize dust; Noise can be minimized by improving the performance of the main engine, closing the work station and using materials such as sound insulation board; Pollution should be carried out from many aspects, such as the construction of wastewater sedimentation tank, secondary circulation filtration device and secondary utilization of aggregate.
In addition, the feeding, batching, metering, feeding, stirring and discharging of powder are all carried out in a closed state. The mixer cover, the dust discharge pipes of the cement metering bin and the fly ash metering bin are all connected with the dust collector, and a dust baffle is arranged at the aggregate filling port to reduce dust emission. The fully enclosed mixing main building and belt conveyor structure greatly reduce the pollution of dust and noise to the environment. Negative pressure dust removal and special fiber filter cloth are adopted, so that the dust generated during feeding completely enters the dust collector and will not spread around, and the collected dust can be easily recovered, effectively protecting the environment.
3.3 High precision
High accuracy mainly refers to the measurement accuracy of aggregate, cement, water and additives, and there is still much room for improvement at present. High-precision measurement is the goal and development direction of mixing stations in China. Only by improving the measurement accuracy can we produce high-strength concrete with higher grade. How to improve the accuracy of metering device is a problem worthy of discussion.
3.4 Standardization
Standardization of mixing station is its ultimate development direction. Any equipment has standards, international standards and our own industry standards. Standardization can fundamentally reduce product costs and save a lot of energy. Faced with the shortage of natural resources, high energy consumption and low output, we call on relevant industry authorities and large enterprises to promote this cause. Although there are industrial standards for mixing stations in China, they are far from meeting the current development speed of mixing stations, and the standards are relatively lagging behind. To a certain extent, industry standards have not played a guiding role. Many manufacturers compete to adopt a standard, which leads to market confusion and wastes the investment of users.
3.5 Localization
From import to domestic production is the development course of machinery and equipment in China. The domestic production of equipment can greatly reduce the product price and improve the after-sales service. Imported equipment is mainly expensive, and after-sales service is not timely, especially spare parts can not be supplied in time. In view of the above situation, major foreign machinery manufacturing companies have moved to China to set up joint ventures or wholly-owned companies, which is also localized in a certain sense and can improve the overall level of machinery manufacturing in China. Concrete mixing station is no exception, and localization is the inevitable direction of its development.
3.6 Miniaturization
With the further improvement of urban infrastructure in China, the demand for concrete will be greatly reduced, and the cost recovery and profit will be delayed and reduced in the case of relatively reduced urban construction, such as further investment in large stations (buildings). In the long run, small and medium-sized mixing stations are a possible development direction.
3.7 Popularization
The mechanization of concrete mixing stations in western developed countries is more than 20 years earlier than ours. At present, its popularization rate is quite high, and concrete mechanization has been realized from urban to rural areas. Judging from the current situation in China, the popularization of commercial concrete still needs a long process. At present, only a few coastal developed provinces or relatively developed villages have begun to popularize commercial concrete. For example, there are three commercial concrete companies in Yangxunqiao Town, Shaoxing County, Zhejiang Province (the first economic town in Zhejiang Province), and residents have begun to use commercial concrete for construction. I don't think it is a dream that the commercial concrete in China will spread to the vast rural areas in the near future.
