Throughout the year, 57 project demonstrations were completed, and bidding for 141 projects worth 66.2017 million yuan (approximately 52.91 yuan for imported equipment) was completed. Throughout the year, 141 procurement contracts and technical service agreements were signed, 63 agency agreements were signed, and 1,030 procurement contracts were reviewed and signed (involving an amount of 28.9891 million yuan).

2. Carefully sort out the procurement process and provide people-oriented services. While further strengthening procurement specifications, we also carefully sorted out the equipment procurement process and links, and further strengthened the verification, execution, and acceptance of equipment procurement. 2. Asset Management

In 2012, more than 6,000 new instruments and equipment were added, worth more than 86 million yuan, more than 6.3 million yuan of furniture, more than 800,000 yuan of books and materials, more than 680,000 yuan of specimens, and more than 1.14 million yuan of displays. Without an increase in personnel, through the continuous application and improvement of the asset management information system, the information construction of fixed asset management has been strengthened, and the warehousing review and basic information maintenance of the database have been carried out in an orderly manner. 2. Successfully completed the inventory of fixed assets. From April to July 2012, a full-coverage fixed assets inventory of the school's 16 teaching units, 5 scientific research units, 20 administrative departments, 10 auxiliary units, 3 groups and other organizations was completed. 3. Steadyly promote the supervision of intangible assets. As of the end of 2012, *** has registered 23 trademarks, 19 of which have obtained trademark certificates. 3. Laboratory Management

1. Fully demonstrate and resolutely implement the construction tasks. The school invested 24 million yuan in laboratory construction throughout the year. The implementation of 14 projects including the construction of the basic geological experimental teaching center was completed, with a completion rate of 100. In particular, we made full use of the laboratory access control system project of the Xiuguo Special Project to implement the access control system project for the experimental teaching centers and laboratories at all levels of the school. We checked all aspects of project bidding, construction, training, acceptance, etc. to ensure that the project execution. A total of 278 access control stations have been installed and more than 3,000 access control cards have been issued. It has laid a good foundation for the opening of school laboratories, the cultivation of innovative talents and future benefit evaluation.

2. Scientifically plan the construction of classifications, and establish models through advanced review. Focusing on the two goals of subject construction and talent cultivation, the construction focuses on the construction of a public basic experimental platform that "strengthens the foundation", a professional foundation and professional experimental platform that "highlights characteristics", and an innovation platform that "strengthens innovation". 6 basic experimental teaching platforms for undergraduates across the school have been built; 9 professional basic and professional experimental teaching platforms; and an information technology innovation laboratory has been established. The 1.6 million yuan of laboratory operation funds invested by the school were rationally utilized to improve the efficiency of the use of funds and ensure the smooth development of practical teaching in the school. There was no teaching accident caused by problems with instruments and equipment.

3. Strengthen guidance and strengthen characteristics, and the demonstration center achieved breakthroughs. The school has currently built five Beijing-level experimental teaching demonstration centers, namely physics, basic geology, computers, geological resource exploration, jewelry and mineral materials. On the basis of carefully summarizing the construction experience, a construction situation survey was conducted on the school's five Beijing-level experimental teaching demonstration centers. At the same time, in 2012, the school’s Geological Resources Exploration Experimental Center was approved as a national experimental teaching demonstration center. 5. Safety management should be unremittingly carried out and system construction should be established to protect it. Establish the concept of "safety is no small matter", build a laboratory safety system, implement the safety responsibility system step by step, and re-sign the "Safety Responsibility Letter" with the leaders in charge of laboratory work in each department to clarify responsibilities. The management of highly toxic chemicals is a heavy responsibility, and public security officers conduct inspections several times a year and provide training to school managers. In April 2012, the public security management department put forward further standardized management requirements for the infrastructure construction and standardized management of the drug library in schools. Due to the relatively low utilization rate of the school drug library and the relatively large investment costs of manpower, material resources and financial resources, therefore We investigated the opinions of users and managers, negotiated with the school and the corresponding public security management department, canceled the highly toxic drug library, and properly disposed of the remaining highly toxic drugs. In order to protect the laboratory and surrounding environment, and do a good job in the statistics, recycling and centralized treatment of "three wastes", a total of 2,800 kilograms of "three wastes" (mainly toxic and harmful chemical waste liquids) will be processed throughout the year. In terms of radioactivity management, we regularly organize physical examinations for radioactive staff, quarterly dose pen data testing, instrument and surrounding environment testing, and radiation protection training for radioactive staff.

6. The school attaches great importance to the support of the college, and the base construction has achieved initial results. 8. The level of informatization has been improved and the management system has achieved good results. The informatization level of laboratory management has been improved and the results are good. 9. Academic research is extensive and in-depth, and the level of ability is improved.
