Faculty: As of February, 20021,there were 4,404 faculty members, including 397 senior titles, 872 associate senior titles and 252 doctoral and master's tutors.
Teachers with master's degree or above account for 92.08% of the total number of teachers, and teachers with doctor's degree account for 50.44% of the total number of teachers, among which teachers with doctor's degree in medical discipline account for 65.4 1% of the total number of teachers in medical discipline.
Scientific research: There are academician workstations specially invited by the municipal government, namely National Demonstration Academician Workstation, Liaoning Demonstration Academician Workstation and Shenyang Advanced Academician Workstation. Specialty setting: Approved by Liaoning Provincial Department of Education in 2020, the school and Dalian Medical University jointly trained doctoral students majoring in clinical medicine. There are 20 majors in four disciplines: medicine, science, management and engineering at the undergraduate level.

201June, August, the official website of the school showed that the school has undertaken 177 scientific research projects at or above the provincial and ministerial levels in recent five years, including 16 projects of the national natural science foundation.
Won the first prize 1 and the second prize for scientific and technological progress in Liaoning province, the second prize for achievements in philosophy and social sciences in Liaoning province 1, 32 first prizes for scientific and technological progress in Shenyang city, 32 provincial and municipal scientific and technological progress prizes, 4,057 academic papers of various levels, 78 papers included in three major international retrieval, and 57 patents granted; 90 scientific research projects for college students were selected into the national and provincial college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training programs.
