There are two categories of scientific research projects, mainly covering horizontal projects and vertical projects.
The first is vertical scientific research projects.
The vertical scientific research project is funded by the higher authorities, and the main unit responsible for the project issues funds. Vertical scientific research project refers to the scientific research project publicly issued by governments at all levels and subordinate functional units, fund committees and academic groups, organized by the scientific research office of the college, declared by teaching and scientific researchers, and approved by certain funds.
The second is horizontal scientific research projects.
Horizontal scientific research projects refer to all kinds of research and collaborative research conducted by other government departments, including national ministries and commissions, provincial and municipal departments, enterprises and institutions, companies, organizations or individuals, and teachers, covering international enterprise cooperation projects.
Scientific research projects include government units at all levels, vertical scientific research projects supported by certain funds, horizontal scientific research projects of enterprises and institutions, and self-raised scientific research projects of colleges and universities.
