(2) corporal punishment of students, which is not changed after education;
(3) having bad conduct, insulting students and having a bad influence.

Article 31 The organizers of schools and other educational institutions shall determine the management system of the schools or other educational institutions they run in accordance with relevant state regulations. Principals or principal administrators of schools and other educational institutions must be citizens with Chinese nationality, who have settled in China and have the qualifications prescribed by the state, and their appointment and removal shall be handled in accordance with relevant state regulations. The principal is responsible for the teaching and other administrative management of the school. Schools and other educational institutions shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, ensure the participation of teaching and administrative staff in democratic management and supervision through such organizational forms as teachers' congresses.
