The LED nail UV lamp produced by our factory uses the semiconductor light-emitting device-LED as the dry light source, which makes up for the deficiency of the old nail lamp, as shown in the following figure:
1, environmental protection, ordinary nail lamp uses ultraviolet lamp tube, which contains "mercury", which is an environmentally unfriendly substance and is extremely harmful to human body. If the lamp tube is broken, it will be more troublesome to recycle, which will increase the recycling cost. LED is a semiconductor light-emitting device, and there is no substance harmful to human body, but it is easy to dispose of waste because it is small in size and will not be broken.
2, energy saving, LED is a low-energy device, and the actual power consumption is very small. For example, the 2.5W product is similar to the original 14W, so it is very energy-saving.
3, safe, not hot, the original ordinary nail lamp, customers are easy to burn their hands if they use it carelessly, because the lamp tube emits a lot of heat, the temperature is generally 50-70 degrees, and some products are above 80 degrees. Once a person's hand touches the lamp, it will burn, and LED is a cold light source, so it doesn't matter if the user touches it with his hand.
4. Long service life: The service life of ordinary nail lamps is 3,000-5,000 hours, and some lamps are less than 3,000 hours, so it is troublesome to change tubes frequently, which also increases the use cost, while the service life of LED is generally 35,000 hours, and it can reach more than 50,000 hours in short time, which saves the use cost.
5, easy to carry, ordinary nail lamp is fragile because of the use of the lamp tube, and it is easy to damage the lamp tube when carrying, while LED is a solid substance and will not be damaged because of carrying.
6, save time, this product uses LED nail glue, the drying time is about 30 seconds, while the ordinary nail lamp drying time is 2 minutes to 3 minutes, which greatly saves working time.
