Bayer in Germany and Langsheng in Germany

LANXESS has a long history and rich experience in research and development. Our history can be traced back to the establishment of Bayer in 1863. In 24, Bayer reorganized its chemical business and one-third of its polymer business into a new company-Lanxess Germany Co., Ltd.

At the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Bayer held in November 24, Bayer shareholders approved the separation of Lanxess from Bayer as a complete independent entity, which opened the way for Lanxess to be listed as an independent company in the stock market. Bayer shareholders will own one Lanxess share for every 1 Bayer shares. On January 31st, 25, LANXESS was listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

DIPHYL? DT is a patented product of Germany Lanxess Chemical (formerly Bayer Company) (you can search for this type of heat transfer oil on the website of Lanxess Company).
