Installation of Wanbo membrane gas storage tank system: (Note: all joints are sealed by hard sealing principle).

1. First, check the position and surface flatness of foundation embedded parts. If it is uneven, it needs to be leveled. Check whether various connection points are qualified.

2. Place the upper platen according to the position.

3. Spread the basement membrane on the foundation. There are several flange connection points on the basement membrane. Align each point with the foundation embedded flange, and fix it on the flange after punching (when installing the membrane, the installer shall not wear sharp objects, and must take off his shoes or wear rubber-soled shoes to enter).

4. Place the intima on the installed basement membrane and the adventitia on the placed intima, and be careful not to scratch or damage the intima. Spread the boundary between intima and adventitia evenly on the embedded parts (manual alignment is required), check the dimensional deviation and make some adjustments.

5. Spread the rubber sealing strip on the embedded parts of the base, and stick the sealing strip interface firmly with flexible special adhesive.

6. After the positions are aligned, punch the basement membrane, inner membrane and outer membrane together. When drilling, first drill both ends of the pressure plate, fix the diaphragm, then drill, and then fix the bolt.

7. Install a constant pressure gas pipeline. The distance between the constant pressure control cabinet and the tank body should be greater than10m, otherwise an explosion-proof air pump should be used. Connect the voltage stabilizing system and the detection system (this section will be installed by professionals, without specific introduction).

8. Install the safety valve. If it is a water seal, add antifreeze at the marked position.

9. Start the system.

10. Check whether the inner and outer membranes are filled with air. Apply leak detection liquid evenly on the joint to check whether there is air leakage. If there is air leakage, check and deal with it.

Working principle of pressure control of Wanbo thin film gas storage tank system

When the biogas pressure in the tank is low, the pressure sensor provides a signal to the system. After analyzing the capacity, the system controls the air pump to inject air into the surge chamber. Under pressure, the inner membrane moves downward to squeeze biogas, so that the pressure of biogas increases, and gas injection is stopped when the set pressure is reached.

When the pressure in the tank exceeds the set value, the pressure sensor provides a signal to the system. After analyzing the volume, the system controls the electromagnetic pressure relief valve to start and exhaust the air in the buffer room to stretch the inner membrane and balance the biogas pressure. If the contents of the tank are saturated, the alarm will be selected and the excess biogas will be discharged from the safety valve.
