How to deal with the emergency handling of invalid declaration cases?

(1) Submit the request for invalidation through the interactive platform of China Patent Electronic Application Network or CPC client, and pay the fee through China Patent Electronic Application Network.

Invalid application materials:

1, litigation evidence documents such as notice of responding to infringement dispute cases, indictment and notice of defense;

2, the request for invalidation documents and related evidence materials;

3, invalid declaration of the applicant's qualification documents;

4. Power of attorney.

(2) After successful submission, bring the paper request documents and payment vouchers to the invalid window of China National Intellectual Property Administration Acceptance Hall to handle the urgent acceptance business.

Handling personnel requirements:

If the case-handling personnel are parties, case contacts or authorized patent agents, they shall be handled with their own identity certificates;

When the handling personnel are other personnel, they should hold their identity documents and power of attorney.
