The different purging temperatures of different types of soot blowers are as follows:
1. Steam soot blower: When steam soot blowing is put into operation, the superheated steam temperature must reach 450°C under the conditions. The steam temperature deviation is +5℃ to -10℃. Ensure that the bed temperature is uniform under various operating conditions, and the smoke temperature deviation on both sides of the boiler is within the allowable range. The maximum temperature difference between the bed surface is less than 30°C.
2. Gas pulse soot blower: When blowing soot, it is normal if the temperature of each pipeline in the ignition cabinet does not exceed 60°C. If it exceeds 60°C, check whether the acetylene solenoid valve is leaking. If leakage occurs, respond immediately Replace and keep records.
