He Bing’s overview

Taught at Maji Middle School in Feidong County from 1983 to 1984.

Served in the Youth League Committee of Feidong County, Anhui Province from 1985 to 1988. Qualified as a lawyer in 1988.

From 1989 to 1990, he worked as a full-time lawyer at Feidong County Law Firm and began his legal career.

In September 1990, he entered the Law Department of Peking University and studied civil procedure law under Professor Liu Jiaxing. He also studied Sichuan dialect taught by Professor Liu. He received his master's degree in 1993.

Worked in Shenzhen from 1993 to 1994, and successively worked at Futian Industrial Corporation, Shahe Golf Club, and Ping An Insurance Corporation.

From 1994 to 1998, he taught law at Yantai University in Shandong Province and was also a lawyer at Huanghai Law Firm.

In 1998, he was admitted as a doctoral candidate in Constitutional Administrative Law at Peking University Law School. He studied administrative law from Professor Jiang Mingan and also studied Hunan dialect from Professor Jiang.

Teaching at China University of Political Science and Law from 2001 to present.

From February to May 2005, at the invitation of Lund University in Sweden, he visited the four Nordic countries of Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland to inspect the dispute resolution mechanism.

In February 2006, he was invited as a visiting scholar by Victoria University of New Zealand.
