Based on this data, we can compare which wire rope is used for more accounting. Cheap steel wire rope does not mean low use cost, and expensive steel wire rope does not mean high use cost. The price of phosphating coated wire rope is higher than that of smooth wire rope, but the unit use cost is lower than that of smooth wire rope. At present, the test data prove that the fatigue life of phosphating coated steel wire rope is 3-4 times that of smooth steel wire rope, and the service life of steel wire rope is proportional to the fatigue life. According to the approximate price of wire rope market, the price of manganese phosphating coated wire rope is about 1.4- 1.6 times that of smooth wire rope, and the service life is much longer than the price increase. Therefore, the daily average service cost of phosphating coated steel wire rope is only 30-45 times that of smooth steel wire rope.
