Vacuum pump principle of dung suction vehicle
The power of vacuum pump comes from chassis engine. The engine is transmitted to a vacuum pump through a gearbox, a power take-off and a transmission shaft, and the vacuum pump draws air out of the sealed tank to form a negative pressure during the pollution suction work, and uses the atmospheric pressure outside the tank to press pollutants into the tank through a pollution suction pipe. When discharging pollutants, the vacuum pump puts the atmospheric pressure outside the tank into the tank, and uses the atmospheric pressure to discharge pollutants outside the tank (the continuous working time of the vacuum pump generally does not exceed 30 minutes). When absorbing pollutants, the vacuum pump sucks air with a certain humidity into the water-gas separator, where the separated water flows back to the tank, and the gas enters the air inlet of the vacuum pump through the four-way valve along the pipeline.
It is mixed with lubricating oil in the pump and discharged from the exhaust port through the compression chamber. In particular, the mixture is preliminarily separated by the coarse filter, and the separated oil flows back to the oil pump. After further separation by the oil-gas separator, the mixed gas enters the four-way valve and is discharged into the atmosphere. Manual operation of the four-way valve can change the direction of air flow and allow free suction and discharge. After the vacuum pump of the dung suction truck is completed, the dung suction truck must be inspected according to the different working intensity each time to ensure the working life and secondary working efficiency of the dung suction truck.
Troubleshooting of vacuum pump of dung suction vehicle
1, the oil-gas separator is short of lubricating oil, so fill it with lubricating oil.
2. If the speed is too high or the bearing is damaged, reduce the speed and check the bearing.
3. The working hours are long and shortened, and the four-way valve discharges oil.
4. If the real meter fails, check whether the vacuum meter reflects the real data.
5. The sealing strip of the four-way valve is worn or damaged. Check whether the sealing strip is worn or damaged.
6, high speed, long running time, reduce the speed, shorten the running time.
7. Whether the pump steering is installed correctly, attention should be paid to steering when installing vacuum pump.
8. Whether all components are installed correctly should be installed according to the schematic diagram of structural installation.
9. If there is natural wear or damage after working for a long time, replace the worn or damaged parts.
