Scope of contracted projects: it can undertake the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects with a single contract amount of less than 60 million yuan: general contracting of small-scale (1) type water conservancy and hydropower projects with a hydraulic building construction level below Grade 4, but the following projects are limited to the following scope: dam height below 40m, total installed capacity of hydropower station less than 20MW, total installed capacity of pumping station less than 800KW, and diameter of hydraulic tunnel less than 6m (or other types with the same cross-sectional area).

The main personnel of the enterprise (1) shall be no less than 8 registered construction engineers specializing in water conservancy and hydropower. (2) The technical person in charge has more than 5 years working experience in technical management of engineering construction, and has the intermediate title of water conservancy and hydropower engineering or the qualification of registered construction engineer of water conservancy and hydropower engineering; There shall be no less than 10 persons with intermediate or above titles in water conservancy and hydropower engineering related majors. Water conservancy and hydropower projects refer to all kinds of projects (including supporting and ancillary projects) aimed at flood control, irrigation, power generation, water supply, waterlogging elimination and water environment management.
