The matching precision between the shaft core and the sleeve of the ceramic plunger can reach "0.00 1 mm", and the smoothness can reach the mirror effect, which reduces the friction coefficient and prolongs the service life of the plunger.

Lubricity of zirconia plunger: Traditional metal plunger pump needs to add lubricant to reduce the friction between plunger and pump cavity. Ceramic plunger adopts a unique processing method, and the micropore structure on the surface has good smoothness and self-lubricating function, which changes the sliding friction and lubrication mechanism of traditional plunger pump and can greatly reduce the adverse effects caused by using lubricant.
