GH3039 is a single-phase austenite solid solution strengthening alloy, which has moderate thermal strength and good thermal fatigue performance below 800℃ and good oxidation resistance below 1000℃. After long-term use, the structure is stable, and it also has good cold formability and welding performance. Suitable for long-term use of aero-engine combustion chamber and afterburner components below 850℃. The alloy can be used to produce plates, bars, wires, pipes and forgings.

The solid solution state of (1) and GH3039 alloys is single-phase austenite with a small amount of Ti(CN), NbC and M32C6 carbides. After long-term aging or use at 600 ~ 900℃, M32C6 carbide precipitates. After aging at 600 ~ 700℃, the precipitated carbide particles are fine and evenly distributed on the grain boundaries. When the aging temperature is higher than 700℃, it mainly precipitates along the grain boundary and aggregates and grows. No harmful phase is formed in the alloy, and the structure stability is good.

(2) GH3039 cold-rolled plate standard stipulates that the grain size in the supply state is required to be 5 ~ 8 grades.
