Patented formula of calculus

The prescription for removing stones is similar, but I think it is the best prescription, which is better than what I eat.

Because I think the prescription is very good, I typed it out of the magazine and put it online for patients' reference.

Stones are too big for any prescription, so we should treat them scientifically. For stones above 1cm, it is suggested to use extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (not laser, the layman is wrong) first, and then use the lower part to completely remove the stones, otherwise it will be stuck and extremely painful; Stones below 1cm can be discharged without surgery or lithotripsy, and will not get stuck. After taking it for 2 hours, drink plenty of water, and then do some sports such as jumping and playing ball.

Bai Jinshang's Experience in Treating kidney calculi

Department of Digestive Calculi, Handan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Hebei Province

Professor Bai Jinshang is the first famous old Chinese medicine practitioner in Hebei Province, a director of Hebei Traditional Chinese Medicine Association, a director of Hebei Traditional Chinese Medicine Association, and an academic experience inheritance tutor of the second and third batch of old Chinese medicine experts in Hebei Province. He has been engaged in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine for 35 years, and has unique opinions on the treatment of gallstones and kidney calculi, and is famous for its long-lasting curative effect. The author has been lucky enough to follow the teacher 10 for many years and benefited a lot. His experience in treating kidney calculi is as follows:

Etiology and pathogenesis of 1:

Kidney calculi belongs to the category of stranguria in traditional Chinese medicine. The normal metabolic balance of human body's water and liquid can not be separated from the gasification function of bladder, which is called "only after gasification can it come out", and the gasification function of bladder depends on the kidney. With sufficient kidney qi and normal bladder gasification function, water will be discharged at the right time. Deficiency of kidney qi leads to the loss of bladder gasification function and affects urine excretion. Over time, it turns into heat. When the water is boiled, it becomes gravel over time. As the Sui Dynasty's "Disease and Epidemic Theory-Stone" said: "Kidney governs water, and water turns into stone. . . . "And often the course of disease is long, and stones stagnate in the urinary tract, leading to stagnation of qi and blood, qi stagnation and blood stasis, obstruction and pain, so it is said that long-term illness enters the collaterals, causing blood stasis. Therefore, Bai Lao thinks that kidney calculi's syndrome is based on kidney deficiency and marked by damp-heat and blood stasis.

therapeutic method

Bai Lao's treatment of kidney calculi is often based on the principles of tonifying kidney and benefiting qi, clearing damp-heat, expelling fossilized stones, inducing diuresis and treating stranguria, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Kidney calculi is often treated with Shenshixiao Decoction. Pharmaceutical composition: 30g of Herba Taxilli, 0g of Achyranthis Radix15g, 20g of Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli, 20g of Radix Astragali, 30g of Herba Lysimachiae Christinae, Lygodium japonicum, Folium Pyrrosiae, Semen Plantaginis, 6g of Herba Dianthi, Malvaceae, Squama Manis, Rhizoma Corydalis10g, and raw licorice. Gross hematuria or routine urine examination, red blood cells plus 10g Agrimonia pilosa and 10g Cirsium japonicum are too large to be discharged, and Prunella vulgaris and Gleditsia sinensis are added. Bai Lao pointed out that kidney-tonifying drugs can greatly tonify the kidney and stimulate the rising, gasification and promotion of yang qi, which should run through the whole treatment process, so parasitic loranthus is often used in large quantities. Achyranthes bidentata has multiple functions, such as diuresis and stranguria, tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation, and it is good at descending, attracting stones below and accelerating the discharge of stones. Because diuretics and calculus-expelling drugs are mostly cold and easy to damage Yang Qi, adding Achyranthes bidentata can warm the kidney and replenish qi, enhance the immune function of the body, play the role of the kidney, promote the excretion of urine and stones, and prevent the recurrence of stones because of the health of kidney qi. Lysimachia christinae, Lygodium japonicum, Folium Pyrrosiae, Semen Plantaginis, Herba Dianthi, and Semen Malvae are all sweet and cold medicines, which have the functions of clearing away heat and promoting diuresis and treating stranguria by fossils, and are important medicines for treating calculus. Among them, Lysimachia christinae is the first choice for the treatment of urinary calculi, because it can clear away heat and toxic materials, promote diuresis and remove stones, and at the same time promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. Compendium of Materia Medica records: "Kidney governs water, and water turns into stone." Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica records: "The pathogenic heat is the main stress source, and the urinary tract is blocked due to five arthralgia ... the source of controlling qi, relieving pain, diuresis and dampness arthralgia." Qumai Lishui Tongluo, Huoxue Tongluo, bitter and descending, using patented water to clear bladder damp heat, the two drugs are combined to promote each other, clearing heat and clearing stranguria, and relieving pain. While eliminating evil spirits, don't forget to strengthen the body resistance and consolidate the foundation. Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli is used for invigorating spleen, promoting healthy qi, nourishing soil and promoting diuresis, and Astragalus membranaceus invigorating qi and yang, promoting diuresis and reducing swelling. The combination of the two drugs can help the injured healthy qi, so that the bitter and cold products do not run the spleen and stomach. "Compendium of Materia Medica" says: Pangolin is light and flat in nature, full of fishy smell and meticulous in wandering, so it can spread viscera, dredge meridians and penetrate vital points, and can be opened whenever blood coagulation becomes a disease. "In addition, Achyranthes bidentata promotes blood circulation and collaterals, and promotes diuresis and stranguria. These two drugs have a downward trend, so they must be used together to guide stones downward. Modern pharmacological studies have proved that plantain seeds can promote ureteral peristalsis, especially for ureteral calculi. Heat-clearing and diuretic Chinese medicine can dilute urine, increase urine volume, increase the scouring force on stones, change some components in urine, reduce the density of stones, and be beneficial to the cracking and discharge of stones.

I have done proofreading and there are basically no mistakes.

The following are secondary prescriptions and precautions:

Prescription: 30g of Cordyceps sinensis, 30g of Herba Lysimachiae Christinae, 0/5g of Herba Dianthi, 0/5g of Herba Polygoni Avicularis, 0/2g of Malva, 0/2g of Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli, 0/2g of Spora Lygodii, 0/0g of Kloc. If you are afraid that the armor is too expensive to take out, you can use it instead: 30 grams of Semen Vaccariae, 2 grams of amber (oral), and Akebia Akebia 12 grams. After the cure, use 30 grams of Cao Maoxu and 30 grams of Lysimachia christinae to prevent recurrence.

Precautions:

1, one paste is decocted in water twice, and the residue is removed. The first/second decoction is combined, divided into two times, once in the morning and once in the evening.

2, about 5 ~ 30 days, stones can be completely discharged.

3. those herbs go to the herbal shop to buy.

4. The side effect of the drug is that talc can not be used for a long time, and it will be taken out after 7 days, which will cause nocturnal emission; Akebia manshuriensis can't be used in Akebia manshuriensis because it contains aristolochic acid, which is a chronic nephrotoxicity.

5, do not eat during medication: fried, irritating, purine and other foods.
