Jinzhou is a prefecture-level city, which has jurisdiction over three municipal districts, two counties, two county-level cities and three functional areas, namely Linghai City, Beizhen City, Heishan County, Yixian County, Guta District, Linghe District, Taihe District, Songshan New District, Jinzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone and Longqiwan New District, with a total area of 1030 1 km2.

Huludao City is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, located in the southwest of Liaoning Province, with a total area of 104 15 square kilometers and a total population of 2.57 million. Huludao City, founded in 1989, is one of the youngest cities around Bohai Bay, formerly known as Jinxi. The geographical orientation of Huludao center is east longitude120 38 ′ and north latitude 40 56 ′. Huludao is one of the important industrial, tourist and military cities on Beijing-Shen Tie Road.
