Brief introduction of oil-containing nylon plate

Nylon, Chinese name polyamide, English name polyamide, referred to as PA. It is the general name of thermoplastic resin with repeating amide group [NHCO] in the molecular main chain. Its name depends on the specific number of carbon atoms in the synthetic monomer. It was invented by carothers, a famous chemist of DuPont, the largest chemical industry company in the United States, and his research team.

Nylon series is the most important engineering plastic. This product is widely used, covering almost all fields, and is the most widely used variety among the five engineering plastics.

Cast nylon board is also called MC nylon: English is monomer cast nylon, Chinese is monomer cast nylon. "Replacing steel with plastic, excellent performance" is widely used. It has many unique properties such as light weight, high strength, self-lubrication, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation. It is a widely used engineering plastic, covering almost all industrial fields. At present, there are several kinds of cast nylon plates commonly used in the market: 1: MC nylon (ivory white): the characteristics of unmodified cast nylon 6 are very close to that of nylon 66, with good comprehensive performance, high strength, stiffness and hardness, creep resistance, wear resistance, thermal aging resistance and good machinability.

2: MC 90 1 (blue): This modified nylon 6 has striking blue color, higher toughness, better flexibility and fatigue resistance than ordinary cast nylon, which proves to be an ideal material for gears, racks and transmission gears.

3. Oil-containing nylon (green): This cast nylon 6 is a veritable self-lubricating nylon, which is specially developed for manufacturing parts that cannot be lubricated, with high load and low running speed, which greatly broadens the application range of nylon. Compared with ordinary nylon, its friction coefficient is lower (it can be reduced by 50%) and its wear resistance is improved (it can be increased by 10 times).

4:PA6+ Molybdenum disulfide (grayish black): It contains Molybdenum disulfide powder, which can improve the bearing capacity and wear resistance of unmodified cast nylon without affecting its impact resistance and fatigue resistance. Widely used in manufacturing gears, bearings, star wheels and shaft sleeves.

5:PA6+ solid lubricant (gray): The patented cast nylon 6 formula contains solid lubricant. This material has self-lubrication, excellent friction, outstanding wear resistance and pressing speed (5 times higher than ordinary cast nylon). It is especially suitable for moving parts that run at high speed and cannot be lubricated, and it is a perfect supplement to oil-containing nylon.
