Registration time and place
(including on-site confirmation and supplementary report)
1. Children of migrant workers who meet the four conditions (category IV) and school-age children who meet the conditions of category I (housing), category II (no housing) and category III (no housing) shall register online. Specific registration time:
Junior high school: July 6th, 7: 00-July 9th 17:00.
Primary school: July 7th from 7: 00 to July 10, 17:00.
Kindergarten: July 24th, 8: 00-July 25th 17:00.
Parents can register online through the "Zhejiang Office" APP on their smartphones or the "Zhejiang Government Service Network" on their computers.
2. Excellent migrant children (junior high school, primary school, kindergarten) who meet the admission requirements of "through train" will be enrolled from July 1 day to July 10 (on weekends on July 3 and 4, as usual on July 10) with their parents (or other legal guardians).

Admission conditions
Children who move with their parents (legal guardians, the same below) and whose household registration is not in Keqiao District may apply for admission to schools (kindergartens) in the compulsory (preschool) education stage in Keqiao District.
(a) children of floating population who meet the four conditions.
At the same time, with the following four conditions, you can apply for the starting grades of junior high schools, primary schools and kindergartens in Keqiao District.
1. Both parents of accompanying children have obtained residence permits in Keqiao District (which must be consistent) and are within the validity period;
2. One of the parents signed a labor contract with the employer in Keqiao District or held an industrial and commercial business license according to law and actually operated for six months;
3. One parent has participated in social insurance in Keqiao District for six months according to law (it must be paid continuously on a monthly basis, and overdue payment is invalid);
4. Parents have a stable and legal residence in Keqiao District and have actually lived for six months.
In principle, the deadline for calculating the above conditional time limit is June 30th of the year of enrollment. Children of floating population enter the park in strict accordance with the provincial kindergarten class size standard until the quota is full.
According to the memorandum of the meeting of Jiaojiaokou [2015] No.7 of Shaoxing Municipal People's Government, the social insurance that the floating population has participated in in in the "three districts" (Yuecheng District, Keqiao District and Shangyu District) can be exchanged for confirmation if it meets the requirements of continuous natural payment for six months. After the labor contract with the employer is verified and confirmed by the township (street) where the unit is located, it can also be exchanged and recognized.

Parents are one of the following five excellent floating population, and can apply to attend junior high schools and primary schools in Keqiao District. Kindergartens shall be implemented according to the relevant requirements of the document Opinions on Kindergarten Enrollment in Keqiao District of Shaoxing City in 202 1 School Year (No.[202 1] 149).
1. Starting grade
(1) Parents or one of them started a business in our district and have a full-time college degree or above, or have a professional technical title above the intermediate level, or have a technical qualification above the intermediate level, or have been rated as a subject leader or above in Keqiao District.
(2) One of the parents has worked in an enterprise above designated size in our district for one year, participated in social insurance in Keqiao District for half a year in accordance with the law, and served as a middle-level or above post.
(3) Parents or one of them have invested in factories, enterprises and companies for 3 million yuan or more in recent three years (provided by the town), or paid taxes of 500,000 yuan or more in our region in the previous year, or paid taxes of 300,000 yuan or more in our region in that year (provided by the district tax bureau).
(4) Parents or one of them won the advanced honor of the town (street) and above in the past three years, or won the honorary titles of "model worker" and "courageous" in Keqiao District and above, or were commended, meritorious and rewarded at or above the district level for outstanding deeds in economic and social construction in Keqiao District, or won awards at or above the district level in management, post competition and safety production.
(5) Parents or one of them started a business in our district, made significant contributions in technological innovation, patented invention, popularization and application, and won the district-level and above technological innovation, invention, patent or scientific and technological progress award.
2. Non-starting grade
The children of the above five categories of personnel are enrolled in non-Grade One, and their parents or one party have participated in social insurance for two years in Keqiao District according to law on the premise that there is a spare degree in the town (street) school (it must be paid continuously on a monthly basis, and the overdue payment will be invalid). They can apply according to the above procedures and make overall arrangements for transfer in schools (kindergartens) below the central primary school (central kindergarten) under the jurisdiction of the Ke Yan Street Education Party Committee.
