Can others add patents when they graduate from master's degree?

You can't. Under normal circumstances, patents need to be applied for by themselves, and can only be added after passing, and cannot be added by others. Patent, literally, refers to the exclusive right. Letters or official documents, meaning publicity, are the vouchers used by medieval monarchs to issue certain privileges, and later refer to the exclusive rights certificate signed by the British king himself.
