The patentee wrote that the school will not be held accountable. For patent projects of universities and other scientific research units, the patentee can only be named as the school, and individuals are prohibited from being the inventor. Article 13 of the "Regulations on the Protection and Management of Intellectual Property Rights in Colleges and Universities" issued by the Ministry of Education: Article 13 Students and researchers who study, pursue further studies, or conduct cooperative project research in colleges and universities shall participate in the research topics of the school undertaken by their tutors while in school. Or inventions, creations and other technological achievements completed by undertaking tasks assigned by the school, unless otherwise agreed, shall be enjoyed or held by the institution of higher learning.
