How to apply for PCT

There are two channels, but generally speaking, they all apply for PCT in China, and few directly apply to foreign bureaus. Some countries may not have joined the PCT organization, so they can only apply directly to foreign patent management agencies. China National Bureau of Knowledge can accept PCT applications, which greatly facilitates domestic applicants. However, more materials are needed, and the international audit is stricter than that in China. It is recommended to find an agency. Beijing Hengguan has a good intellectual property right.
