Ask for help, opponents: Internationalization of intellectual property rights does more harm than good to developing countries

The internationalization of intellectual property rights does more harm than good to developing countries.

I think there are two disadvantages to the internationalization of intellectual property rights for China:

It is technological suppression and high patent licensing fees. 2. Loss of genetic resources.

As a representative country of third world countries, it opens its doors and accepts various treaties: PTC, Paris Convention, Berne Convention, and the upcoming Hague Convention. The cost of patent wars every year is huge. Give money to buy technology.

Yunnan Baiyao claims to be a confidential formula, but it has not yet honestly disclosed its formula internationally. It's just that it's kept secret from the Chinese people.

2. The loss of genetic resources is the most heartbreaking. China has a vast land and abundant resources, spanning five thousand years. Many cherished formulas have been developed and taken abroad, to no avail. Although the Patent Law stipulates that when applying for patents abroad for inventions and creations completed in China, they need to undergo confidentiality review. However, people can choose not to take your Chinese patent rights to avoid confidentiality review.

This is a very embarrassing place.

The disadvantages are very obvious. Our country is exchanging the inheritance of our ancestors for the future. As for which is more important, we will not speculate.
