1. Working principle:
Wet curtain/fan cooling system uses the evaporation cooling principle of water to achieve the purpose of cooling. The system adopts domestic high-quality wet curtain, water pump system and domestic high-quality high-volume fan.
The core of the cooling system is a wet curtain that can make water evaporate, which is bonded by corrugated fiber paper. Due to the addition of special chemical components in the raw materials, it has corrosion resistance and long service life. The special water delivery wet curtain can ensure that the whole cooling wet curtain wall is evenly wetted by water. When the air penetrates through the wet curtain medium, the water-gas exchange with the surface of the wet medium converts the moist heat of the air into latent heat of vaporization, thus humidifying and cooling the air.
Wet curtains are usually installed at the corridor of greenhouse, and fans are installed at both ends of greenhouse. When the temperature needs to be lowered, the fan is started to forcibly draw out the air in the greenhouse, resulting in negative pressure; At the same time, the water pump hits the opposite wet curtain wall.
