China patent examination information inquiry system is a network inquiry system that meets the inquiry needs of applicants, patentees, agencies and the public for patent applications. Users are divided into registered users and ordinary users. Registered user: refers to the registered user who applies for electronic registration, and can log in with the registered name and password of the electronic application, and inquire about the relevant information (basic information, fee information, examination information, announcement information and patent authorization certificate information) of all patent applications under the registered user name; Ordinary users: refers to the public, who can inquire about published invention patent applications or published invention, utility model and design patent applications (basic information, examination information and announcement information) by inputting the application number, invention creation name, applicant/patentee name, etc.
The information inquiry service of transnational invention patent examination can inquire the information of invention patent examination accepted by China National Intellectual Property Administration, European Patent Office, Japanese Patent Office, Korean Patent Office and US Patent and Trademark Office. Users can log in to the system and enter the information inquiry interface of transnational invention patent examination. They can query the related information of the same subject (provided by the European Patent Office) of the application by inputting the application number, WeChat official account and priority number, and can also query the application and review information of China, Europe, Japan, South Korea and the United States.
