In the next three years, based on the research on polymer materials, this institute will focus on polymer packaging and micro-connection materials for electronic devices, polymer recycled raw materials XPS insulation boards, polymer R&D work on construction adhesives and epoxy resin modified materials. Cooperate with domestic and foreign companies to vigorously promote research and development products to serve the industry. At the same time, for the needs of professional construction and undergraduate employment, on the basis of experimental construction, it is planned to open "Copper Clad Technology" and "Semiconductor Packaging Engineering" to broaden the knowledge of electronic information materials for students majoring in polymer materials and engineering.
