Introduction: The SinoSeiSm monitoring system is a new generation of high-precision intelligent microseismic monitoring of rock fractures jointly developed by the Wuhan Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Wuhan Haizhen Technology Co., Ltd. since 2008. The system can conduct 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring of rock engineering dynamic disasters, realize real-time automatic data collection, automatic analysis, and automatic positioning, and can obtain information, characteristics and laws of the entire process of disaster incubation, and provide information for rock masses within the monitoring range. Provide basis for stability assessment and disaster warning and forecasting, and provide technical support for project management and disaster prevention. Relevant results have applied for more than 10 national invention patents and 5 software copyrights. Relevant research results have won 1 first-class Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and 1 second-class National Science and Technology Progress Award. At present, this technology has been tested and applied in field at Jinping II Hydropower Station, China Deep Underground Laboratory, Baihetan Hydropower Station, Hongtoushan Copper Mine, etc. This technology can be used in rock engineering such as mining, water conservancy and hydropower, nuclear waste storage, oil and gas fields, and shale gas development, and has broad application market prospects.
