A patent certificate is a document that proves that a patent certificate has been issued in China National Intellectual Property Administration.
Conditions of request:
Patent certificates are only issued to patentees. China National Intellectual Property Administration will no longer issue patent certificates for patents that are in late payment period, recovery period or have been terminated.
Request for required materials:
(1) Request to process the supporting documents signed by the exclusive right holder or his agent in this case.
(2) If the patentee handles it in person or by mail, the patentee's identity certificate shall be provided. Where the patentee entrusts others to handle the matter, it shall submit the original power of attorney, the identity certificate of the agent and a copy of the identity certificate of the patentee.
