Wen Kaifu was born in rural Jiangxi, and there are many brothers and sisters at home. After graduating from junior high school, he was admitted to a normal school. After graduation, he returned to his hometown and became a middle school geography teacher. Encouraged by the tide of reform and opening up, Wen Kaifu decided to go out to make a living.
Entrepreneurial experience
He 1994 came to Guangdong alone, and after many twists and turns, he found Shanwei Xinli International, which produces LCD. However, in order to enter this high-tech electronic enterprise, he must pass the relevant physical knowledge examination, and after full preparation, Wen Kaifu successfully passed the examination twice and became an employee of the enterprise. Wen Kaifu cherished the hard-won opportunity, was open-minded and eager to learn, assiduously studied the knowledge of quality management, and became an excellent quality expert, serving as director and manager of quality department.
After years of hard work, Wen Kaifu has accumulated rich management experience and contacts. In 2004, Wen Kaifu and several like-minded friends founded Shenzhen Helitai Microelectronics Company, which specializes in liquid crystal products, and Wen Kaifu served as chairman and general manager.
