201September 17, China chemical officially won the bid for coal gasification and purification of Indian Tachil chemical fertilizer project, and on September 19, it officially won the bid for synthetic ammonia and urea, with the total contract amount equivalent to about RMB 8 billion. This project is located in Angur District, Orissa, India. It is the largest single-series coal-based fertilizer project in the world and the first modern large-scale coal-based fertilizer project in India. The scale of the project is 730,000 tons/year of synthetic ammonia and 65,438+270,000 tons/year of urea. This is an EPC turnkey project, involving patent, design, procurement, construction and start-up. The scope of chemical engineering in China includes all process devices such as coal preparation, air separation, coal gasification, purification, synthetic ammonia and urea, as well as some public works such as circulating water and power supply and distribution, with a construction period of 46 months. In the coal gasification part, the waste boiler process of pulverized coal gasification technology of Air Products Company is adopted to solve the problems of high ash content and high melting point of local raw coal. The project * * * includes two gasification units, and the total synthesis gas production capacity can be as high as 284,000 cubic meters per hour.
