Because the washing machine runs at high speed during dehydration, it is not allowed to open the top cover, so there is a linkage switch on the top cover, and the circuit will be automatically disconnected as soon as the cover is opened. If it is damaged and dehydrated, it will not move!
2. The reason of clothing texture
It is recommended to use high-speed dehydration for clothes with strong water absorption (some high-grade clothes cannot use high-speed dehydration).
The drainage system is blocked.
The washing liquid in the water drum can't be discharged, or there is too much foam in the water drum, so it is difficult to discharge the washing liquid in the drum for a while, and the water level switch can't be reset, so the washing machine can't enter the dehydration program.
4. The water level switch cannot be reset.
The dehydration process of the washing machine starts when the water level switch is reset after the washing liquid is discharged. If the drain water level switch is damaged, dehydration is a procedure that needs to be carried out after drainage. If the water level switch is damaged, you will not be able to enter the dehydration program.
Solution:
1. First, check whether the adjusting rod nut on the drain valve is loose, and whether the cable of the tractor is loose from the drain valve, so that the tractor cannot open the valve core of the drain valve, resulting in no drainage.
2. If the fixing nut is not loose or the cable is not loose, the tractor may be damaged and the valve core of the drain valve cannot be opened. It's time to replace the tractor.
3. It is also possible that the drain valve is blocked by sundries or the drain hose is bent and deformed. At this point, first unscrew the cover of the drain valve and take out the sundries.
4. The gap between the drainage rod and the rubber valve becomes larger, as long as the gap between the drainage rod and the rubber valve is appropriately reduced.
5. The spring in the drain valve is too long or loses its elasticity. Just replace the inner spring.
6. The damping of the moving core of the drainage solenoid valve is too large or the suction force becomes smaller. Remove the rust and dirt from the electromagnet, or replace the drainage solenoid valve. If it has not been solved, it may be that the computer board is damaged and should be replaced.
7. First, check the safety switch. When the washing machine is powered on, the program is adjusted to the dehydration state. Press the brake arm of the safety switch to the low position by hand or tool. If the computer board gives an alarm and the digital tube displays "E 1", the safety switch or computer board should be replaced at this time.
8. If the brake arm of the safety switch can be dehydrated normally after being pressed by hand or tool, it means that the power-off distance of the safety switch is low, and the safety switch should be replaced at this time.
9. If there is only a pulsator and the inner barrel does not rotate during dehydration, check whether the traction machine has separated the pawl and ratchet of the clutch. If it is not possible, the adjusting rod nut on the steam trap is loose and worn, resulting in insufficient opening distance. At this time, re-adjust the distance of the adjusting lever to separate the pawl and ratchet of the clutch.
