According to the moisture and density of different floors and the characteristics of their wood, the products of different tree species with different moisture are independently heat treated by special microwave heat treatment kiln. Under the condition of oxygen isolation, the temperature is controlled within the range of 130- 160, and the total time is about 34 hours. After the heat treatment kiln program is completed, it is transferred to the "microwave drying" kiln, and treated in a balanced kiln program with a temperature of 35-40 and a relative humidity of 90% for at least 25 days to release the remaining products.
