If many identical parts in a patent are marked

In fact, if the structure is the same but the connection mode is different, there are two ways to deal with it:

(1) Same reference number: If the components in different embodiments are the same, the same reference number can be used, and the components in different embodiments can be described in words;

(2) Different labels: In different embodiments, even the same component can use different labels, which is no problem as long as the same component has the same label in the same embodiment.

In fact, as long as "the same reference numerals of the same elements in the same embodiment" in (2) are satisfied.

What you said, two brackets, more strictly speaking, actually belong to two components. From the point of view of convenient description, the annotations should be named separately, such as the first bracket 1 1 and the second bracket12; If it is not so rigorous, it can also be described with the same name and label. In order to distinguish, it can be described by orientation or structure, such as the bracket hinged near XXX 1 1 and the bracket far away from XXX 1 1.

Personally, I think both are feasible, but there is no doubt that the first one is more rigorous.
