This product is an enteric hard capsule with gray-green powder and white spots. Slight breathing and bitterness.
Functional indication
Clearing heat and promoting diuresis, detoxifying and healing sores, cooling blood and stopping bleeding. It can be used to treat mild and moderate ulcerative colitis (active stage) with damp-heat syndrome differentiation, with symptoms of diarrhea, mucus stool, purulent bloody stool, abdominal pain, acute internal pain, burning anus, fever, loss of appetite, dry mouth and bitter taste, thin stool, yellow and greasy tongue coating and slippery pulse.
dosage
Oral. Take four tablets at a time and three times a day. The course of treatment is 8 weeks.
counteraction
Abnormal liver function, nausea, headache, rash, menstrual disorder, insomnia and chest tightness can be seen.
taboo
This product is prohibited for patients with prolonged QTc, hypokalemia, drugs that can prolong Qtc and heart disease.
Matters needing attention
1. Use with caution in patients with abnormal liver function and those with a history of liver disease;
2. In clinical trials, some cases have QTc prolongation, and it is uncertain whether it is related to this product.
3. Liver function and electrocardiogram should be monitored regularly during medication.
4. The clinical trial of this product only supports the safety of administration for 8 weeks and is not suitable for use outside the course of treatment.
5. There is no research data to support that this product can be used for pregnant women and lactating women, and there is no data to support that this product can be used for the treatment of ulcerative colitis in the attack or remission stage.

Non-clinical pharmacodynamic studies show that this product has certain preventive and therapeutic effects on ulcerative colitis in guinea pigs caused by dinitrochlorobenzene and immune colitis in rats caused by combined immunization of colon mucosa and Freund's complete adjuvant.
