Why is Chengdu Chenxian not called Visionox?

Companies are different. The full name of Chengdu Chenxian Photoelectric Co., Ltd. is Chengdu Chenxian Photoelectric Co., Ltd., and the full name of Visionox is Visionox Technology Co., Ltd. The two companies signed a patent transfer contract on June 9, 2020. By June 22, 2022, Chenxian was not acquired by Visionox, so it was not renamed.
