He is currently the President and Party Secretary of Sinosteel Luoyang Refractory Research Institute Co., Ltd., the representative of the 11th National People's Congress, a professor-level senior engineer, a doctoral supervisor, an adjunct professor at University of Science and Technology Beijing, Tianjin University, Northeastern University and Wuhan University of Science and Technology, a national candidate for the "100 million talents project in the new century", the chairman of the Refractory Technical Committee of the International Organization for Standardization, the executive director of China Metal Society, the vice president of China Refractory Industry Association and the chairman of the National Refractory Standardization Technical Committee. He has undertaken national, provincial and ministerial projects 19, won 3 provincial and ministerial awards, authorized 5 invention patents, 2 utility model patents, published more than 60 papers and monographs 1 department. Participate in the formulation of the tenth and eleventh five-year plans for the development of new metallurgical materials in China and the tenth five-year plan for the development of new materials in Henan Province. The main research directions are: erosion mechanism of functional refractories for continuous casting, research and development of new materials; Research and development of antioxidants for carbon-containing refractories: research on kiln furniture with special structure in ceramic industry: research on high-temperature structural ceramics: basic research on the application of nano-powder in refractories.
