Xu Shuhua: Male, born in 1965, Chinese nationality, no right of abode abroad, graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China with a doctorate; he has served as lecturer and associate professor at Hefei University of Technology, Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences Postdoctoral fellow and associate researcher: Chief Engineer of Shenzhen Haowei Vacuum Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., currently the Chief Engineer and Technical Director of the company. He has successively served as the person in charge of ministry-level and provincial-level projects such as the Electronic Information Industry Development Fund Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Anhui Province Strategic Emerging Industry Project, the Anhui Province High-tech Industrialization Project, and the Anhui Province Science and Technology Research Plan Major Project. He has been selected into Anhui Province’s Strategic Emerging Industry Technology Leading Talents, Anhui Province’s Special Support Program for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talents, and Wuhu City’s “Thousand Talents Plan” for industrial revitalization. He is the leader of the “115” industrial innovation team in Anhui Province and the “555” industrial innovation team in Wuhu City. He won the second prize and third prize of Anhui Province Science and Technology Progress Award once and three times, and won the first prize and second and third prize of Wuhu Science and Technology Progress Award once and three times. Obtained 4 invention patents and 13 utility model patents; published more than 20 papers.
