1, ceramic tile material

In the process of firing ceramic tiles, antistatic powder is added for physical modification, so the antistatic performance is very stable and the construction is convenient, and ordinary masons can lay the tiles. Adding aluminum foil or copper foil under the floor can better enhance the conductivity. The anti-static performance is stable, and this floor is a national patented product, which is environmentally friendly (belonging to green building materials), aging-resistant and long in service life.

2. PVC materials

Paving directly with plates (generally 600×600mm) or coiled materials has a fast installation speed (but it needs professional installers to install it, otherwise it will bulge), and its antistatic performance is relatively stable, but it is easy to age and its anti-pollution ability is slightly poor.

3. Ceramic materials

Anti-static ceramic tile as the surface layer, composite all-steel floor or cement particleboard, surrounded by conductive adhesive strips (ceramic floor without adhesive strips is easy to lose porcelain when bumping). It has stable antistatic performance, environmental protection, fire prevention, high wear resistance, long service life (over 30 years), high bearing capacity (over 1200kg/ m2), waterproof, moisture-proof and good decorative effect.

4. All-steel resistant material

All-steel anti-static floor is made of high wear-resistant melamine HPL fireproof board or PVC as the surface layer (the climate in the north is dry, so it is not easy to cover the surface with HPL fireproof board), and the steel shell structure is the base material. In addition, according to whether there is black tape, it can be divided into infinity and edge.

How to install anti-static floor

1, determine the construction scheme.

According to the room shape, equipment layout, etc. Confirm the number of floor installations and design the installation construction scheme.

2, grassroots processing

Check and clean the base. If there are bumps and stains, it is necessary to carry out overall renovation. Construction can only be carried out after there is no obvious unevenness and sundries.

Step 3 pull the cable

Sprinkle powder lines on the wall to ensure that the floor is installed on the same level. Measure the length and width of the ground, confirm the installation base point, and pop up the production and installation grid line.

4, adjust the bearing height

Adjust the bearings to the same height and arrange them neatly according to the grid lines.

5, fixed truss

Fix the truss with screws, tighten the nuts when fixing, and correct the plane and vertical with a spirit level.

Step 6 install the floor

Place the raised floor. If the floor exceeds the installation size, you can cut the floor with a laser. If the size is not enough, it can be patched. Cutting and repairing must meet the design requirements, and no deformation can occur. During the laying process, adjust the floor height to ensure that it is on the same horizontal plane. When laying, pay attention to put down the floor gently, avoid scratching the floor, and avoid leaving sundries and dust under the floor.

7. Add support

If the floor bears heavy equipment, bearings can be installed under the floor to prevent the floor from being deformed due to overload.
