Wireless charging principle

The working principle of the wireless charger: the electromagnetic induction principle is adopted, and the energy is coupled through the coil to realize energy transfer. When the system works, the input end converts AC mains electricity into DC electricity through the full-bridge rectifier circuit, or directly supplies power to the system with 24V DC electricity.

The direct current output by the power management module is inverted and converted into high-frequency alternating current by the 2M active crystal oscillator, and provided to the primary winding. The energy is coupled by two inductance coils, and the current output by the secondary coil is converted into direct current through the receiving conversion circuit to charge the battery.

The changing magnetic field will produce a changing electric field, and the changing electric field will produce a changing magnetic field. The magnitude of the magnetic field is related to their change rate. The change rate of sine function is another sine function, so electromagnetic waves can spread out, and the generation of induced voltage is related to the change of magnetic flux. Therefore, the changing magnetic field inside the coil produces induced voltage, thus completing the charging process.

Wireless charging of mobile phone is a relatively novel charging method, and its principle is actually very simple, which is to separate the primary and secondary of ordinary transformer to achieve the purpose of wireless. Of course, the working frequency of wireless charging is relatively high, and even the magnetic core can be abandoned to realize the function of directly transferring energy between coils.
