Can the charge control switch be used as an ordinary switch?

Yes.

The fee-controlled switch is also called the fee-controlled circuit breaker. Its appearance is almost the same as that of the circuit breaker. There is a control terminal near the outlet below, which is connected to the meter's fee-controlled live wire. The electricity bill ran out, the bill control line was out of power, and the circuit breaker tripped.

When used as an ordinary switch, the N port marked on the right is the neutral wire, and the three on the left are live wires. If it is used to connect to 220-volt single-phase power, you can connect any one from the left below A live wire is connected to the neutral wire at the lower end of the right side to form a single-phase power supply.
